Description:
Verifies that an enabled Conditional Access policy blocks the OAuth 2.0 device authorization grant (device code flow) for all users and all resources.
Why:
CIS M365 Foundations Benchmark v6 §5.2.2.12 requires blocking the OAuth 2.0 device authorization grant with Conditional Access. Blocking device code flow helps prevent device-code phishing attacks where users are tricked into authorizing attacker-controlled devices.
Configured: An enabled Conditional Access policy blocks device code flow for all users and all resources.
Not Configured: No enabled broad Conditional Access policy blocks device code flow.
