Policy history and rollback
Where: Secure → Conditional Access → Policies → open a policy → History tab. Clicking the Last modified column on the Policies list opens it directly.
You need: Read on Secure to view history; Manage on Secure to roll back.
Augmentt records every change it sees to a Conditional Access policy — made in Augmentt, in the Entra admin center, or by another tool — as a dated entry showing who changed what, field by field. You can roll back one change or everything back to a point in time.
Reading the History tab
Each entry shows the date, the actor where Microsoft reported one, and the fields that changed with their before and after values. A Policy created entry is the first; Policy updated entries follow. Changes made outside Augmentt are captured on the next tenant sync, so an edit in the Entra portal appears a few minutes later.
Changes made through a Compliance Audit posture Configure action show here as a policy update like any other, so this tab is the place to review or undo them.
