Intune Platform Scripts
Platform Scripts let you run PowerShell scripts on managed Windows devices and shell scripts on managed macOS devices through Intune. Augmentt adds the template and baseline layer on top, so a script you write once can be deployed to every customer consistently.
From Secure > Intune > Device Management > Platform Scripts you can:
Import an existing Intune platform script from a connected tenant and save it as a reusable template
Group scripts into baselines that deploy together
Deploy a script or baseline to a selected tenant with the assignments you choose
The page has two views:
Platform Scripts — scripts currently deployed in the selected tenant
Templates — your reusable script library and baselines
Access. You need the Manage permission on Intune.
Platform Scripts are not the same as Remediation Scripts. A platform script runs once (and re-runs only if you change it or the device re-enrols). A remediation script runs on a schedule with a detection step. If you need something checked repeatedly, see the Remediation Scripts guide instead.
